Hi, I’m Astrid.

I lead women in business through overwhelm, overthinking, and uncertainty so they can move forward with greater purpose and confidence.
For many women, there comes a point where something feels off.
On the outside, things might look fine. The business is running. Life is busy. Responsibilities are being managed.
But internally, there’s a sense of overwhelm, uncertainty, or restlessness. Too many ideas. Too many priorities. Too much pressure to figure out the right next step.
I know that feeling well.
For years, I found myself searching for answers about who I was, what I was meant to do, and why I felt so restless even when life seemed stable.
That search eventually led me through a season of deep reflection, personal development, therapy, and spiritual exploration. It wasn’t always easy, but it taught me something incredibly important:
Clarity doesn’t come from trying harder. It comes from learning how to think differently and asking better questions.
Today, I work primarily with women in business who feel stuck in:
• overthinking every decision
• carrying too many ideas and priorities
• uncertainty about what to focus on next
• feeling overwhelmed by the pressure to figure it all out
I create space for women to untangle their thoughts, clarify what matters most, and take meaningful action.
Whether through coaching conversations, workshops, speaking engagements, or community gatherings, my goal is the same: helping women move from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to feeling focused, intentional, and able to move forward.
Outside of my work, you’ll usually find me facilitating conversations with women in my community, reading something thought-provoking, walking our yellow Lab Nash, traveling with my husband, or dreaming up the next gathering where women can connect more deeply.
Creating spaces where women feel safe to think, reflect, and grow has become one of the things I care about most.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about what’s next, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Book a discovery call and let’s start the conversation.
